Kath leads the national policy in NHS England/ Improvement for the first-ever national community health services standard. She was instrumental in the inclusion of the ageing well programme in the NHS Long Term Plan.

None of this could be achieved without Kath fostering collaborative relationships with key partners across health and social care.

Kathryn is a district nurse by profession with over 30 years experience of working in the NHS in professional leadership, service development and operational management in the community,
