Katie Moss

Katie is a highly driven, accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in delivering business change and strategic transformation portfolios which are aligned to national and local drivers.

Having originally starting her career as an NHS Specialist Biomedical Scientist in Microbiology, Katie has held a number of key roles within the NHS before transferring into transformation and programme management.  Katie has extensive experience of leading diagnostic transformation programmes, establishing portfolio governance and assurance boards, developing cross organisational business cases within Pathology and Radiology services, and is currently responsible for leading the GM Diagnostic Network.
