It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.

A senior nurse with significant clinical, operational and strategic NHS experience Kelly has supported systems and providers to improve patient flow through programmes involving major service reconfiguration, the development of ICS clinical strategies and condition specific care pathways.
Kelly is a member of the Northwest Clinical Senate which affords the opportunity to offer her insight to reconfiguration programmes as well as learn about new models and guidance under development.
A champion of nurse leadership in transformation Kelly has presented at an international RCN research conference, been published in the Nurse Management Journal and RCN bulletin. A nurse innovator she was invited as an expert panel member and judge to the Nursing Times Patient Flow Forum and previously chaired the Patient Flow Conference South in November 2023.
