Kerri Eilertsen-Feeney

Kerri is the Lead Midwife for workforce, education and training at NHS England and a registered midwife with 20 years’ experience.

Kerri focuses on the education and training for our future Midwives in addition to enhancing the experiences of our existing workforce.

Kerri has held several operational senior leadership roles and have gained significant experience working with organisations to deliver change and improve safety.

Kerri brings experience of workforce planning, transformational change, good quality governance, developing education and training and improving safety.

Kerri is an enthusiastic and authentic leader with passion to deliver change to the future workforce.
