Kirsty Osborn is Deputy Director of Urgent Care at DHU Healthcare and an Advanced Practitioner with 20 years’ experience spanning Urgent, Emergency, and Primary care. She has been instrumental in the creation of the Community Virtual Ward, an initiative designed to improve patient access and outcomes in the community. Her work has been recognised at a national level, with her team named finalists in the Nursing Times Awards 2025. Passionate about innovation in healthcare delivery, Kirsty is committed to shaping services that are both patient-centred and sustainable.
