Kit Connick

Kit has had a long-standing and successful career in the NHS in a range of executive leadership roles, where she has been accountable for a broad portfolio that covers both internal organisational operational delivery and system-wide strategic and cultural change programmes.

She is committed to improving integration and collaboration within the ICS, making sure that we listen to the needs of our population and reflect this in our decision making and planning.

Kit is passionate about supporting people to achieve their personal potential, and actively supports this through coaching and mentoring.
