Laura Molloy

Laura Started her career in the NHS Graduate Management Scheme and from this time has gained key experience across a wide range of Departments within Health. Laura has played a key role in strategic design, planning and delivery of significant digital health transformation and service improvement throughout Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland (HSCNI). From the introduction of innovative pathways and service improvement Projects across Mental Health, Allied Health, Neurology, Endoscopy, Orthopaedics and Oral Surgery to involvement with the more recent encompass Programme in HSCNI.

Laura joined the NIPACS+ in 2020 and led the implementation of Digital Pathology in HSCNI. Laura also has a key role in bringing other additional imaging specialties into NIPACS+.
