Laura Norton

Laura is an experienced healthcare leader, currently the Chief Operating Officer of a GP Federation that is pushing forward with the rollout of neighbourhood health and has been recognised locally and nationally through various awards of the past 3 years.

Laura has a solid background in the NHS and understands primary care from a range of commissioner and provider perspectives. Having led the rollout of the COVID Vaccination Programme for Leicestershire, supported the formation of PCNs and led on GP Contracts and Quality, she is well versed in the journey that the NHS has been on over the last 10 years and the current challenges.. Laura has a track record of delivering consistent results and has an excellent understanding and working knowledge of primary and secondary care from both operational and strategic perspectives.
