Lauren has been working for Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust as part of the Research and Development team since 2015. After working as a Research Assistant on mental health and neurological conditions research, Lauren is now employed part time as Innovations Coordinator supporting innovations within the Trust whilst also studying a part-time PhD in Psychology.
