Laurence O'Sullivan-Whiting

I joined GOSH in March 2020, my background is in Leadership and management and prior to joining GOSH I worked in the Apprenticeship industry for over 10 years as a Tutor, Assessor Development manager and Business Partner.

I work in the HR/OED team and the GLA Leading on Apprenticeships, our NHS Graduate program, Work experience and local recruitment projects

I have been in my Current role as Workforce Development Lead for Apprenticeships since 2020. I lead on the development of new Apprenticeship programs for our teams and help source successful partnerships for our courses. I work alongside our Clinical lead and education team on Apprenticeships and new workforce initiatives within our Organisational development team.

I have a passion for Learning and Development and love helping others succeed and seeing them reach their career goals and ambition. Apprenticeships at GOSH do this and they also help us recruit new local talented individuals into our workforce. Our Apprenticeships Team all share the same aim, passion and ambition.
