Leigh Chapman

Leigh is a seasoned Human Resource (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) professional, with a broad range of experience in the public and private sector. Leigh’s experience includes taking a system-led approach to drive transformational change, improve people’s experience of work, and increase efficiency through the effective use of technology.

Within the NHS, Leigh has undertaken a number of workforce, improvement, and digital-related roles within the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) and NHS England, as part of the NHS People Digital Strategy. This includes leading a digital evolution of the NHSBSA’s HR Shared Service and supporting the creation of the NHSBSA optimisation service, to support best use of workforce digital tools and services, across the NHS.
