It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Leigh is a seasoned Human Resource (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) professional, with a broad range of experience in the public and private sector. Leigh’s experience includes taking a system-led approach to drive transformational change, improve people’s experience of work, and increase efficiency through the effective use of technology.
Within the NHS, Leigh has undertaken a number of workforce, improvement, and digital-related roles within the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) and NHS England, as part of the NHS People Digital Strategy. This includes leading a digital evolution of the NHSBSA’s HR Shared Service and supporting the creation of the NHSBSA optimisation service, to support best use of workforce digital tools and services, across the NHS.
