Lisa Golding

Lisa is a dynamic and visionary leader with extensive experience in senior leadership; primarily in learning & development and people management functions within the education sector. 

As a former Headteacher, consultant and accomplished level 7 Executive Coach, Lisa uses her highly emotional intelligence, communication, and storytelling skills to establish rapport quickly. With significant experience in change management, Lisa can productively support senior leaders by focusing on people, cultural and behaviours.

Lisa has a secure understanding of pedagogy and andragogy and is therefore able to design, deliver and implement successful learning and development programmes to meet the needs of individuals, teams and organisations. Past projects include leadership training for middle and senior leaders, instructional coaching, difficult conversations, coaching, mentoring and facilitating appraisals using a coaching approach.

Lisa also has experience in championing neurodiversity within the workforce, developing colleagues understanding and awareness of autism, ADHD, trauma and anxiety-based behaviours to help foster and embed a culture of inclusion.
