Lorraine Foley

Lorraine joined the PRSB in 2015. After the first half of her career in corporate banking, Lorraine moved into the NHS, initially as one of the executive team responsible for creating the new health regulator, the Healthcare Commission.

Since then, she has built wide experience of different parts of the NHS, including roles as director of national support at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, director of commissioning at Oxfordshire CCG and head of strategy at NHS England (south).
