Louise Bickerdike

Louise Bickerdike is a Product Application Specialist at PENTAX Medical and a former Registered Nurse with extensive experience supporting endoscopy teams in the adoption of new technologies and clinical pathways.

Drawing on her nursing background, Louise is passionate about helping clinicians deliver high-quality patient care while protecting their own health and wellbeing. She works closely with hospitals and community services to implement innovative endoscopy solutions, supporting teams through equipment introduction, service development, and pathway transformation.

As endoscopy services increasingly move into outpatient and community settings, Louise has a particular interest in the role of ergonomics in reducing clinician fatigue, discomfort, and the risk of musculoskeletal injury. Her work focuses on creating environments that enable clinicians to perform procedures safely, efficiently, and sustainably, helping organisations support workforce wellbeing while maintaining high standards of patient care.
