Lydia has experience working across the health and social care sectors, local government and voluntary organisations as an experienced youth worker. Following the pandemic, Lydia joined SCW via the graduate management trainee scheme. Since then, she has progressed her career to become a mental project manager within the mental health and care pathways portfolio. She is a qualified Agile PM practitioner and QSIR practitioner.
In her role, Lydia has managed a wide variety of evaluations, reviews, pathway redesign, demand and capacity and development projects, spanning children and young people (CYP) crisis pathways, CYP community mental health support, community mental health transformation, health and justice mental health, and acute adult mental health.
