Maddy Dadson is a healthcare innovation specialist and Lead Project & Account Manager at Evondos, where she leads the rollout of technology-enabled care solutions across the UK. With her experience as a frontline paramedic, she combines clinical expertise with strong project and programme leadership to deliver impactful change in health and social care.   Maddy has been instrumental in launching and scaling assistive technologies that improve medication adherence, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and enable people to live safely and independently at home. Her work focuses on developing sustainable care pathways, securing funding, and collaborating with NHS, local authorities, and care providers to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.   She is particularly passionate about addressing the challenges of an ageing population and supporting health systems to adopt innovative, patient-centred solutions. Maddy regularly contributes to industry conversations on how digital and assistive technologies can enhance patient safety, ease workforce pressures, and transform community-based care delivery.
