Marjoleine Hulshof

Combining extensive commercial B2B experience with an in-depth understanding of organisational and team dynamics, Marjoleine now works as a People & Organisation Lead / HR Director at Investec Bank plc, and is responsible for aligning business strategies with people and organisational development agendas and leading a cross-functional team of HR specialists. In her career she has worked in Netherlands, US, Caribbean, Central America, Africa, Australia and the UK. Her expertise encompasses People Strategy, HR and Organisational Development Consulting, Organisational Design, Culture Strategy, High Performance Environments, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Educated in systems thinking and organisational behaviour in the Tavistock tradition and certified as a systemic team coach and culture development consultant, she also coaches professional sailing athletes on mental and team performance.  She is an amateur competitive offshore sailor, she is intrigued about the role of AI and ethics in the work environment and dedicated to continuing learning about factors that enable performance and adaptive capabilities in people across generations, teams and leadership.
