It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.

Mary has worked in the NHS for almost 15 years and is currently a Deputy Director at NHS England and Improvement. She is highly experienced in improvement and transformation and her experience spans working in Trusts/providers, CCGs, AHSN and now NHSEI.
Mary has delivered several high profile workstreams improving patient outcomes and experience including the development and award of Integrated Cancer Systems in London, Foundation Trust status award and a variety of local and national service redesign (e.g Chemotherapy Closer to Home, Dermatology and MSK) as well as being at the heart of the more recent COVID response.
This has provided additionally in health inequalities, how behavioural insights can be effectively used with health care professionals as well as the public and staff well-being. She is an experienced coach and mentor and is passionate about genuinely improving diversity, travelling, Marvel/DC and chocolate!
