20 years in the NHS starting in Lincolnshire as an Estates Officer before progressing into Health & Safety and Sustainability in the early 2010’s. Transferred to NHS Property Services in 2013 progressing through regional roles before finishing in a National role in 2023. Short stint at Addenbrookes before joining UHL in my current role.
