Michael joined SCW in January 2018, leading our technical roadmap and hosting strategy. In his current role, Michael currently leads the CSU Collaborative to deliver GP Payments Calculation Services as well as leading the development of our User Centred Design capability. Michael is also our profession lead for IT turnaround consultancy and supports organisations to identify, remediate and resolve issues that are preventing the delivery of their strategic goals.
