Michael Zebrowski

Michael is an Operational Services Manager at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, currently leading on Outpatient Transformation and the operational management of the Outpatient departments. Michael joined the NHS in 2019 as part of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, during which he managed a range of services and projects at Northumbria. As part of his training, Michael set up the Remote Consultations Programme Board, which acted as the driver for transformation work in response to the sharp uptake of video and telephone consultations during the Covid-19 pandemic. Michael continues to chair the Board which now forms part of an ever expanding transformation of how Outpatient care is delivered at the Trust.
