Mediation is a proactive, courageous way of approaching conflict, with the positive intent of resolution. As an accredited ILM mediator with over 10 years’ experience of delivering mediation in the NHS, I am passionate about enabling, empowering and equipping our colleagues to have those tricky, vital conversations. Our service offers online supportive courses, resolution 1-1 coaching, group facilitated resolution conversations, team “Way Ahead” workshops and full day mediations. We have built a professional and credible internal Resolution service that is accessed by all disciplines and banding / grades within the Trust.
