At Diagnexia, he has end-to-end accountability for UK clinical operations spanning Service Excellence, Digital Operations, Histology, and Case Control & Logistics — working in partnership with NHS trusts and private clients to deliver high-quality, timely diagnostic pathology services.

With a career built on deep clinical and technical credibility, Mike brings a practical, systems-thinking perspective to the challenges facing NHS histopathology — including workforce pressures, turnaround time performance, and the structural changes required to meet the ambitions of the National Cancer Plan.
