Mike Winstanley

Mike Winstanley joined the NHS in 1987 as part of the Youth Training Scheme and in 1989 joined St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals Trust. He joined the ESR Programme team in 2015 initially on secondment and was later appointed to the role of ESR Account Manager in 2016. In 2016 he was appointed to the role of Senior Account Manager for the North of England. Primarily focussing on local and regional engagement within the North West, Mikes role involves supporting organisations to get the most from ESR functionality to support their Workforce agenda, and promoting good practice.
