I am a District Nurse and Operational Manager with a strong track record in leading and developing community healthcare services. I currently oversees three key services: the Macclesfield Neighbourhood Team, District Nursing Out of Hours, and Hospital at Home.

With a focus on integration and innovation, I have recently led the successful rebranding and unification of the UCR and Virtual Ward teams into a single, cohesive service—enhancing continuity of care and operational efficiency. Under my leadership, the team consistently achieves an impressive 80% 2-hour response rate, with Virtual Ward utilisation also averaging around 80%. I have also recently implemented a new utilisation tool to further support service optimisation.

I am a proud Queen’s Nurse and Expert Nursing Witness, an continue to demonstrate compassionate leadership and commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care. I am passionate about community care and continue to advocate for a responsive, flexible services that meet the evolving needs of patients and communities.
