Rachel has over 15yrs of NHS experience, six years with NHS England. A Chartered Statistician of the Royal Statistical Society, her background is in data-driven decision making. She has been working in System Transformation’s Population Health Management team since early 2022 and is passionate about supporting teams to develop their data infrastructure, intelligence functions and workforce professionalisation and development across system partners.
