As CEO and co-founder of xWave Technologies, he has guided the company from its early stages to securing key contracts with public and private healthcare providers in Ireland and the UK, including partnerships with the HSE and NHS. His work focuses on driving innovation, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Before founding xWave, Mitchell was Managing Director of Kantar Ireland and held leadership roles at Independent News and Media and Newmarket Consulting.
