Molly Henriques-Dillon BEM RGN

Molly has been a registered nurse with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) for over 40 years and has expertise in clinical leadership and management, workforce planning, project management and service development. Molly has specialist experience in head and neck care and is a passionate advocate for patient advocacy and protection. As Care Home Quality and Senior Safety Manager for NHS Black Country and West Birmingham CCG, Molly has responsibility for leading quality improvements in 337 care homes within the CCG’s footprint. For her work to protect care homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, Molly was awarded a British Empire Medal by Her Majesty The Queen in October 2020.
