Over 24 years of working within the NHS, including 14 within the acute care Operations setting. I have also worked within NHS England, with roles including the South East Regional Head of Performance, Director of UEC, and within the national team, as the Director of Operations and Performance for Elective and Emergency Care. I am the Elective Director for NHS Sussex, and since May 2021, supporting our recovery programme.
