Mr Matthew Lutkin

Mat is an Information Security Specialist at NHS Digital’s Data Security Centre (DSC).

Mat currently works as part of the Specialist Security Services S3 team within the DSC at NHS Digital. Within this role, Mat works on programmes such as the Clinical Triage Programme and offers security advice to the teams as and when they need it.  Mat has also been heavily involved in the implementation of GDPR within the organisation along with the introduction of the NIS directive across the Health sector.
