Mr Neil Hind

Neil Hind is Head of Commercial Consulting at NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS).

With over 30 years’ experience across consulting and procurement in the private and public sector, he specialises in working with organisations on procurement, programme and sustainability programmes.

At NHS SBS, Neil works with NHS organisations on commercial and procurement transformation, supporting them to collaborate effectively and create shared procurement functions that maximise efficiencies.

Prior to supporting NHS SBS, has worked at a national level with Dept of Health and Social Care plus NHS England where he was Head of Procurement. More recently he has lead on collaborative procurement programmes at both NHS Greater Manchester and NHS Cheshire & Merseyside implementing true procurement transformation at the system level.
