Mrs Kate Smith

I joined Hampshire County Council in 2000, having worked in the provider sector as a carer and manager across all most client groups. For the last 16 years I have been with the Councils CHC team.

During this time I took on the joint chair of the SE region LA CHC leads group, and represent this group on the National ADASS CHC reference group.

Represented ADASS on all of the revisions of the National Framework, the development of the Delivery Model (superseded by the Futures Platform) and supported the NHSEs National training programme on the restart of NHS CHC following the pandemic.

In my spare time I enjoy watching my daughter compete in Equestrian sports and am an Official Steward for British Eventing.
