I have worked in Emergency nursing since qualifying as a registered nurse. Having worked in large and small organisations I have experienced a variety of estates, new/old/large/small. I am currently clinically leading the design and build of a new Urgent and Emergency Care centre. I have a specialist background in Major Trauma, CBRN/HAZMAT and Major Incident and have a keen interest in the human factors of estate design and use.
