Naomi McMaster

Naomi McMaster is a Partner and leads the Health and Justice team at Capsticks. She has over 15 years' experience of representing clients on Article 2 inquests and related civil claims, public inquiries, judicial reviews and IOPC investigations.

Naomi specialises in the Justice sector and represents healthcare providers, private prison service providers, Immigration and Removal Centres, Secure Training Centres and CRCs . Her work is typically complex and requires careful management of reputational risk. Through understanding the unique challenges her clients face she is able to work closely with them at all levels within the organisation and achieve the desired outcomes.
