Natasha Dalton

Nursing background, 22 year career.  Started off as a surgical Nurse, then moved into critical care outreach. Qualified as an ACP 6 years ago.  Moved into IHSS within a Consultant Practitioner role two years ago.

I am passionate about staff development and I enjoy using my post significant experience by teaching junior staff- giving education and assuring that my knowledge is disseminated throughout the clinical area to help support and provide opportunity to develop colleagues.

Furthermore, I am very passionate about service innovation to improve patient experience and outcomes.
