Nathan Charlish

I am an Emergency Planning Officer and Associate at the UK Resilience Academy, specialising in the organisational and operational resilience of acute healthcare settings.

To achieve this I lead the development and testing of robust Business Continuity and Incident frameworks, ensuring that patient care remains uninterrupted during systemic shocks.

2026 has bought a focus onto energy and supply chain crises and I am currently working on bridging the gap between frontline clinical needs and strategic organisational resilience with these and other challenges amongst many others in mind.
