Neale Thomas

I’ve been working in the Public Health Team in Essex County Council for 7 years. During this time, most of my work has involved helping to develop support services for vulnerable offenders and ex-offenders, including substance misuse services in HMP Chelmsford. Recently, with the CRC and other partners I have helped to develop the MHTR programme to sit alongside the DRR and ATR programmes which we have had in place for a number of years.
