Since becoming part of Lucion Services in 2016 as Operations Manager, Neil has progressed through the company to be the Area Director for North West & Yorkshire.

Neil has a degree in Environmental Biology and has added P401, P402, P403, P404 and P405, alongside the Certificate of Competence in Asbestos (CoCA) with credit to his education credentials.

Neil has performed the account management role, involving ongoing compliance and delivery of capital projects, for a number of NHS Trusts, including Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation, Mid Cheshire NHS Hospitals Foundation, East Cheshire NHS and Manchester University NHS Foundation.
