Nia-marie Quinlan

Nia-Maria Quinlan is Senior EPR Programme Manager at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC), where she has played a leading role in the Trust’s digital transformation. Nia led the successful go-live of NCIC’s OneEPR programme, working across clinical, operational, digital and programme teams to deliver complex change across the organisation. She brings extensive experience in EPR programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and supporting the adoption of new digital ways of working to improve care for patients and staff.
