Nicola Cooper

Nicola Cooper is Head of Digital Futures at Scottish Care, where she leads work to support the responsible adoption of digital, data and AI across Scotland's independent social care sector. Her portfolio spans digital transformation, future workforce, data and interoperability and emerging technologies. Nicola works with partners across health, local government, academia and industry to help create the conditions for sustainable digital innovation, with a particular focus on implementation, organisational readiness and cross-sector collaboration.
