Nicola is a Registered Adult Nurse and the Clinical Services Lead for a unique and innovative Community Cardiology Service in the Wirral. Starting her nursing career in 2000 at the Royal Liverpool Hospital on a Cardiology Ward, moving to the Community as a Cardiac Rehab Nurse in 2003, she is experienced and knowledgeable in Long Term Conditions Management, Population Health and Leading transformation programs to improve quality of care and sustainable services.
