Pam Wood

Pam Wood is a Quality Improvement and Review Partner with the Quality Standards for Imaging team and joined the RCR in August 2025 on secondment from the North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Trust. Pam has worked in the NHS for over 25 years in a variety of clinical governance roles and has in extensive experience of participating in health care reviews, as both the reviewer and the reviewee. 

Pam has expertise in managing change to support services to be as effective as possible and a strong interest in human factors. Her approach is supportive, empathetic and she is a firm believer in making it easy for people to do the right thing.
