Pasha Tanriverdi

Pasha is a registered mental health nurse who has previously worked clinically in inpatient forensic services (personality disorder and mental health rehabilitation pathways), Psychiatric Liaison Teams and Crisis services.

Before joining Everyturn Mental Health, he managed Crisis teams for Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust. He has worked as a leader and manager at various levels of seniority across NHS urgent care mental health services, covering Crisis and Psychiatric Liaison services and has developed, led and delivered transitional discharge support services which support people to address the clinical and practical barriers to hospital discharge.

Pasha has an MSc in Healthcare Leadership, covering strategic development and delivery of healthcare services, system approaches to health inequalities and population needs, and project management methodology.

At Everyturn Mental Health, Pasha works within our Strategy and Development team to develop new services and support pathways that integrate with our system partners in the NHS, social care, and the voluntary sector and develops commercial propositions and clinical or non-clinical approaches to service delivery.
