Paul Birch

Paul’s executive roles span commissioning and provider organisations and include responsibility for leading the commissioning, strategy development, performance management, analytics and business intelligence. In his current role within Arden & GEM, he is charged with helping health economies to develop Population Health Management (PHM) strategies and solutions. Combining the experience of managing multiple, major, acute contracts with specialist knowledge of data and analytics, Paul develops information systems to support clinical changes and improved patient outcomes.
