Phil has more than 30 years of experience in IT solutions integration and digital infrastructure. As a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco’s highest technical accreditation, he has developed extensive expertise across LAN, WAN, wireless and network security. Throughout his career, Phil has worked across complex enterprise environments, combining hands-on engineering experience with senior leadership to help organisations modernise critical infrastructure, improve resilience and reduce operational risk. Alongside this, Phil has continually led the development and evolution of WhiteSpider’s AI-assisted software and multi-vendor intelligent tooling, helping shape how organisations strengthen infrastructure visibility, performance, security and operational efficiency across increasingly complex and distributed technology estates. This experience is particularly relevant in healthcare, where digital infrastructure must support always-on services, secure access to clinical systems and increasingly connected clinical and operational environments. Phil brings a practical, experience-led perspective to infrastructure transformation, helping healthcare organisations understand what is possible, prioritise where investment can have the greatest impact and adopt a secure-by-design approach to modernisation.
