Phil has 30 years industry experience, during which time he has delivered and overseen £1,2 bn projects in the-built environment sector specialising in the delivery of complex healthcare projects. His knowledge has been recognised with his selection to play a leading role as governance and review for the NHS Trust advisory panels and has been influential in shaping and improving the patient experience. He is committed to driving best practice promoted in the government’s Construction Playbook which outlines expectations of how contracting authorities and suppliers should engage with each other. In his role today, Phil consistently seeks continuous improvement to delivery by challenging behaviours to identify innovative construction techniques to drive efficiencies.
