Prof Andrew Stradling

Andrew is Chief Medical Officer at NHS LPP in London and for the National Council of HCSA, and is director for a Health & Care Partnership outside of London, giving him extensive experience of working with partner organisations at ICS, regional, and national level.  Prior to these appointments, he has held regional leadership positions, has worked in challenged organisations, leading award-winning teams to turn around performance across UEC, and has advised systems nationally and overseas.  His professional interests include VBH, PHM, data analytics, and improving safety, effectiveness, experience, dignity, and flow.
