Phil was the executive lead for the development of Dorset’s ICS. His role included digital, commissioning, innovation, research and transformation. His experience includes being a member of the Wessex AHSN and chair of the NIHR Applied Research Collaborative. Phil is a visiting professor in health systems at Bournemouth University and AECC University College. He is chair of Mtech Access an health economics and outcomes research agency. And has a passion for innovation in health.
