He has over a decade of experience in out-of-hours medicine, home visiting services, and urgent care.
Dr Sahdev currently leads on INT Development within his PCN and is passionate about ensuring patients receive the full benefit of joined-up care across healthcare, social care, and the voluntary sector.
He recognises and values the deep local knowledge and expertise of the Community Partners, and is committed to unlocking and developing proactive, community-focused services that keep pace with changing patient needs, ensuring people can access innovative models of care and essentially improve patient outcomes.
