Richard Crawshaw

Richard Crawshaw is Director of Sustainability at ISS UK & Ireland, where he leads the company's sustainability strategy, programmes and customer solutions. He works with organisations across the public and private sectors to integrate sustainability into facilities management, helping deliver decarbonisation, resource efficiency, social value and responsible supply chains.

Richard has extensive experience supporting customers on net zero strategy, sustainable workplaces and the role of facilities management in achieving environmental and social outcomes. He is passionate about translating sustainability ambition into practical action that delivers measurable value for organisations, their people and the communities they serve.
